Aldersgate Camp, Conference and Retreat Center has been providing Christian hospitality to groups of all denominations and affiliations for over 40 years. We are regularly used for many different retreats, Bible studies, family reunions, church picnics, and business meetings. Fortunately, we are not limited to just these uses-we want to work with you to enable your ideas to become a reality.

Aldersgate is...

a place for groups to work, plan, dream and build. Our natural setting allows groups to work together and plan goals without distractions.
a place for coming together... groups continue to return to Aldersgate because of the wonderful food and hospitality, as well as the relationships they form with our staff. You can also experience the wonders of God's natural world, while walking the grounds and many trails we have on the property.
a place for being apart... individuals can remove themselves from the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with God. This is a perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries.

Our mission is to provide, in a natural setting, facilities and program support for individuals, church groups, and others, which will enable them to grow in their relationship with Christ.

Hospitality is one of the many reasons people continue to return to Aldersgate. Our ministry team is a group of folks dedicated to serving you with a smile and delicious meals prepared and served with meticulous care and attention.

Professional caring staff is available to help make your stay especially memorable. We can help choose the facilities to best suit your needs and budget (see rates), and help you in arranging your program, special equipment and recreational activities.

Retreat Rates

Our accommodations are mainly double or triple occupancy, with shared bathrooms. Guests provide their own linens, although we do provide linens at an additional cost. TV's, VCR/DVD's, is provided at no additional cost. (For a small fee you can hire our professional sound system). We have a number of meeting rooms to meet the needs of your group, complete with access to our snack and coffee bar. Campfires are also an option for your group. Please call ahead to request marshmallows.

Our food service staff provides wonderful, well-balanced meals served buffet style. Samples of our menu can be obtained from the office. Given sufficient notice, we can accommodate any special diets.

Our basic package for groups including overnight accommodations and three meals, is currently priced at $58.50 per person ($46.50 for children ages 4-11). Longer and shorter packages are also available. We have discounted rates for all groups visiting us in January and December.
